Driving something not on this list? Call — if it isn't work the shop should take on, you'll be told that directly.
Every repair order
Every car that comes in gets the same multi-point inspection, and you get the report in writing. Where a condition can be measured, it's measured and the number is on the sheet — so you can see how much life is left in a part instead of taking "it's getting low" on faith.
Scheduled-maintenance intervals are tracked against your car's actual service history, so recommendations reflect what has already been done — not a generic mileage table.
Why an independent specialist
At a dealership your car passes through a service writer, a dispatcher and whichever technician is free. Here, one master certified technician takes the call, performs the diagnosis, does the repair and explains what was found. Nothing is lost in translation.
What to expect
No surprises, and no work performed without your approval. Here's how a job runs from the first phone call to handing back the keys.
Describe the symptom, the model and roughly how many miles are on it. You'll be told whether it's work for this shop and when a slot is open.
Your car, mileage and concerns are written onto a repair order so the complaint being investigated is exactly the one you described.
Fault memory is read with factory software, the concern is verified, and the 91-point inspection is performed and recorded.
You get the findings, the measurements and a written estimate. Work starts only after you approve it — and urgent items are separated from things that can wait.
The repair is performed to factory procedure and specification, then the fault is confirmed cleared and the car is road-tested.
You leave with the inspection report, what was done, what was measured, and what to keep an eye on before the next service.
